Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make me confertable.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a rug next to the bed. The floors are cold. The room did not have a chest of drawers to put my clothes away. I stayed 5 days, and no laundry room for the guest. The hotel only had one microwave in the building. They did not have a computer for the guest to use that were out of state and needed to do work. I have heart problems & cannot drink regular coffee. NO DECAFF

A nightmare!!

Disliked: All!!!! This hotel is to be avoided!!! When we arrived in the room, we discovered a very small room worthy of a prison cell, very unsanitary, not clean at all, there was still hair in the bathtub and on the toilet, the mattress of the bed was taped to hide the holes, we even saw cockroaches!!!! The photos are misleading and date back 4 years. We did not want to stay to sleep even for one night and they refused to reimburse us for no reason!!! This hotel should be banned from booking how is it possible to offer this type of accommodation?? Then I don't even know why they have one star!!

Disappointing

Liked: You get what you paid for. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and nothing more, then this is the place. Very close to Bourbon Street.
Disliked: If you take the fact that it is 100 a night and close to Bourbon Street you get what you get. However, the place could’ve had more than a mini bar of soap and a towel. You are also required to leave your key at the front desk when you leave, which it might be for security purposes. The owners were very nice. The staff was so friendly and kind. Specially a brown hair lady that works the nights, I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a raise. When I left, I was checked out by a skinny brown ponytail guy who was incredibly rude. My checkout was at 11:00 am and checked out at 11:07 and the guy kept half of my deposit because I “checked out after 11” not to mention, I had a person in front of me checking out too so I had to wait. He was rude and made me sign the receipt that stated I got my deposit back and after I signed it he scoffed at me and told me I was only getting half of it back. I had to pay the deposit in cash so I couldn’t report it with my bank. I understand rules are rules but even if that was the case, I signed that I got my full deposit when I didn’t. I just hope the guy didn’t pocket the money and gave it to the business. Really shady guy.
