Hotel was beautiful, clean and luxurious and staff were very kind.

Disliked: Check in was over an hour late.

Liked: The pool was fantastic. Staff were attentive, efficient and friendly. We ordered room service a number of times and it was all delicious and delivered in a timely manner. The club sandwich was phenomenal! We also loved the shower, it was a good size and the rainfall feature was great.
Disliked: Nothing, we loved it all!

Everything awesome until you need...

Liked: The staff, service and restaurants were fantastic. The room decor is top notch.
Disliked: The lifts. It is immensely difficult to know which lift is arriving as there are no visual cues and the sound isn't all that helpful in a hall and there's a short timeout before door closing. If you're a luggage bearer don't be surprised to be waiting multiple attempts.
