Hotel was beautiful, clean and luxurious and staff were very kind.

Liked: Location. Room was clean. Beautiful View.
Disliked: The Emporium now has a cashless policy. This is disgusting to deny cash which is a legitimate form of currency. Will not be returning due to this and will be informing friends, family and social media of this change and to not return. Tv had no signal twice during the stay. There was no elevator service like there was last time. There was no breakfast card in the room for in-room dining and amenities weren’t filled up in the bathroom. For a stay at one of Brisbanes top Hotels you expect these small things to be perfect.

Liked: I only liked the mattress, the pool looked nice, steam room was out of action, i dont like how you have to walk past a bar to get to the spa services. Was expecting more cheese n crackers for the price i paid. The champagne was nice, the bathrobes were heavy and rough slippers were too thin. I just think the price i paid was a bit much. Also could of been cleaned better but thats my opinion

Lovely rooms but pricey

Liked: Booked a luxe room which was large and very comfortable
Disliked: Check in was a bit indifferent. I was sure I had booked breakfast but they couldn’t find it. Had to ask where to go for lifts/gym/etc.

Liked: One of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff were so lovely! It was our anniversary and a birthday and they organised a little something in the room and it was all so perfect!
