For our one-night stay, it...

Liked: Breakfast, location, cleanliness, reception, staff. Our previous stays at the Emporio Reforma were in 2011 and 2013, which we enjoyed very much, so we selected it again on our one-day stopover from Sydney Australia for our holiday in Oaxaca.
Disliked: The lifts need to be upgraded. The bathroom would be more appealing if the shower over the bath tub is replaced by a shower with a glass screen.
