Liked: the hotel is on a wonderful lokavia, the beach is wonderful, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is friendly, there are 3 swimming pools..
Disliked: the hotel was a 5-star hotel when it was opened, now it is terribly worn out, especially the rooms below urgently need renovation, the smell from the sewage is so strong that it is unpleasant to stay in the room and they need to solve the problem with mosquitoes, our whole body was stung

Liked: I liked the pool, even though we could not access it after 9 pm. Breakfast buffet was very good. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The check in took a.long time, we.could not open the door with our room keys so we had to go down 3 times!! to the front desk for someone.to be able to activate properly both keys and at the end only one was functioning. The hotel needs some serious makeover, it is looking super old and without proper maintenance.We could not watch tv since it was only in Spanish, in other hotels, you can select an option for english audio, but not on this one, and when asking the employee from the front desk about it, she sent one person to the room, who did not now what to do to set up the system. The minibar was off, so we could not use it for our beverages. The AC was noisy and not cold enough.
