Liked: Room service was wonderful, location of the hotel was great
Disliked: Unfortunately the staff was a bit rude. At arrival the lady helping us check in (joana) was rude. She repeatedly made bothered faces when i didint seem to understand somthing. She looked very annoyed and was not willing to be understanding of the language barrier. Nice hotel but would not go back due to her unpleasant service.

Liked: Proximity from beach and restaurants
Disliked: Air conditioner did not work well. In the afternoon/ night it was hot in the room.There was black mold under the sink and around tub.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, very nice views.
Disliked: The lobby was very hot, the bathrooms had black mold. The air conditioning did not work very well. That had a fan but didn't help. The in room coffee was terrible.
