Disliked: No street parking. The indigo parking next to it is 7 minutes walk. Elevator button on the 6th floor kept electrocuting me whenever I would press it :(

Disliked: This hotel is the same a Lelux Hotel. Both stink. They illegally photocopy your credit card!!! They advertise a fridge but don’t provide one. The bathtub doesn’t drain and the toilet doesn’t flush but the maintenance person never came for 4 days. When calling reception with complaint they referred to the manager for the next day, but he didn’t call, and next day they put me on hold a long time, then again and again, a couple of hours went by before anyone even took the call and then they did nothing. Housekeeping entered twice when I had the do not disturb sign on. They refused a refund even despite complaints and malfunctions. When checking out several other guests were also complaining and reporting leaks. The place is old but “freshened up” with a bit of paint and decorations. Still the wallpaper was peeling, the bath tiles had black mold stained grout, the elevator was dirty and very slow and small. The service was snobby and rude and careless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.
