Terrible and I demand a...

Disliked: The room never produced any heat even after a few hours of full blast of the thermostat. The windows let the cold air in. We couldn’t spend the entire night since it was too cold so we had to leave bc the staff couldn’t have maintenance fix anything until the following Monday. Unacceptable.

Liked: Near to downtown, in very wide street with zero noiseNear to all utilities & metro stations, have a lot of car parking The employees were very nice & gentle. I remember Fatima on my first day I had to go to party & I was wearing 15cm high heels on a snow day, I asked her if she can help me to reach to me car & she helped me happily. Jasmin the housekeeper I asked her to change my bed sheets because accidentally I dropped a chocolate on them & she did it without feeling me any embarrassment. They were very nice team & helpful. I loved the idea of keeping doors of hotel open over nights, so if I have a friend visiting me late he can go upstairs directly & no need to go downstairs top open for him.
Disliked: The utilities was little bit old. The pillows need to be replaced with new comfy ones. The TVs need to be replaced with a modern ones. The water pressure need to be more & the shape of the shower itself need to be replaced with more modern one

Horrible hotel

Liked: There was nothing to like, really. The only good thing is the cataton. The rest was bad.
Disliked: The hotel is old, and I can tell renovated to a point. They forgot to put something a guest can put their soap on while in the shower.... The dry towels are with you in the shower. The parking is not plowed from the snow, and there's not enough parking for everyone who pays for it. If you go out at night, there won't be a spot in the parking lot. The breakfast was horrible. Very small selection of carbs (couple of pancakes and Costco croissants), orange and apple juice, very bad quality coffee and cereal. Half of the staff doesn't speak English. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend.
