Disliked: We traveled from Toronto and stayed at this hotel for one night during an extremely cold season. While the hotel had potential, there were two significant issues during our stay:1.Snowy Parking Lot: The private parking area was covered in snow, making it incredibly difficult to navigate and safely reach the hotel entrance. It was quite a challenge, especially given the freezing temperatures.2.Cold Bathroom Water: Unfortunately, the bathroom water never warmed up, despite trying various adjustments. This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey in the cold.We hope the hotel takes these points into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Liked: Nothing it’s worst parking lot and very expensive and very narrow rows and they didn’t mention about parking charges
Disliked: Staff is not cooperative

Liked: Nothing not even the staff
Disliked: We froze and had to sleep with our clothes on. We told the staff but wouldn’t do anything because manager was not there. They finally moved our room on the last night but it was a worse situation. The temperature in our room was freezing and so uncomfortable.
