Very good value hotel in...

Liked: Very good value for a very clean and comfortable hotel. Location suited us brilliantly, close to the airport for either metro or Uber, and right beside a metro station on the line 4-5 stops from the central points of interest. Plenty of high quality restaurants in the area with great prices. Staff are friendly and helpful if you need any directions or recommendations. Room was larger than expected spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really plentiful and decent for this price point .
Disliked: Hours for breakfast could be extended a little.

Liked: The hotel is lovely. Could not figure out the air conditioning but I didn't ask either. Breakfast was great. Huge selection.

Disliked: The breakfast area was difficult to get around, and many hot items were not replaced.

Liked: We really enjoyed our time in this hotel while we were in Lisbon. Location is great. 2 minutes walk from metro line. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good too.

Airport hotel was adequate

Liked: The hotel is close to the airport and right on a subway line. Breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean and bright.It is located on a main road that was the preferred route for emergency service vehicles. The windows were not tight, and thus not good at cutting the sound. The hotel did not offer earplugs. They suggested we go to a store across the street, but they didnt have any. We asked for a second luggage rack, but there are no extras. The heating/cooling system was a disappointment and ruined both nights of sleep. At 2:30 am, the cooling turned to heating and woke us up. I called the front desk to ask for assistance. He was able to turn the temperature down from there. The same thing happened the 2nd night, although it didn't get so hot. I guess there is a timer cycle. It was not good for us. I advised the clerk at checkout about our room cycles of heat, which was 404. The bed was quite firm. I found my back was sore the 2nd morning, unusual for me. There were no shelves in the bathroom or shower, which was not great.The breakfast room was bright and big, but poorly laid out. Everything popular wasalong one wall, and it got congested. Moving a coffee machine to the back table would have reduced the lineups. The layout could easily be improved. I suppose most stays are one night. With a little more effort and attention to detail, this hotel could be a top property
