A very nice location in...

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, on the Gran Via, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The lobby is very nice and our room was ready 1 hour before check-in time. The bathroom is comfortable, the bath/shower combo was great.
Disliked: The bathroom window did not close well, and neither did the room's window that was looking over the rear of the hotel, where there were a large number of fans (possibly of ventilation / air conditioning extractors) that hummed all night. Also the walls of the rooms are quite thin, I heard someone in a nearby room coughing all night long, so you can assume you are also being heard by your neighbours.
