So many postives and good...

Liked: Great location with easy parking. Liked the contact less check in. Bed comfy and electric blanket. Super handy having a washing machine. Stress less chairs very comfy. Full kitchen and dishwasher, nice outlook to the lake.
Disliked: The cleaning really needs attention. Basic things like towels and sheets had been changed but carpet hadn't been vacuumed, toilet had poo marks, cutlery wasn't clean, dirty light switches, windows, skirtings, exhaust fans, fridge had something split in it, generally needs a deep clean.

Liked: Where to start. You walk in to a spacious lounge kitchen area with comfortable seating. Large bedroom with king bed and a generous bathroom with washing machine as bonus.
Disliked: Nil

Liked: Well appointed unit on a quiet street in Taupo. Walking distance to town. Freshly refurbished. Good self catering facilities and nice private courtyard. Would stay again.

Disliked: Reception was not manned, despite arriving at a time when the Booking.com information suggested that it would be.
