Good location

Liked: This was a good hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The location was close to the old town and the Christmas Market. Easily walkable to other things in the city. The room was comfortable but not exceptional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

2 star hotel at most

Liked: Location was greatand a nice restaurant. It is clean but its only a very basic hotel (2 stars at most)
Disliked: Does not have proper hotel room service (you have to pick up yr food from the reception)Provides one bottle of filtered water upon check in. No refills by hotel, you have to bring the bottle to lobby for refill. (Definitely less than 3 hotel)Room lighting is very dim and overly bright bedside lamp.
