Where is the honor... not...

Disliked: When I arrived, I informed the daytime manager that neither the telephone nor the tv remote worked. I was told he would send someone up to fix it. No one ever came to do anything about these issues. Also, I spoke with the evening manager to extend my stay if they would give me the same rate I was getting. He said yes, the rate would not change. The next morning, I slept in. When I went to pay for my extended 2 days, they doubled the price. I explained the conversation I had with the evening manager but was flatly refused. So I went to my room and packed my clothes. When I went to the front desk to return my key, I was told that I was a late check out, so they would be keeping my deposit. I again explained that the only reason I was late to check out was because he wasn't going to honor what I was told the night before. He said he didn't care what I was told as he was the manager on duty now. I will never stay there again.

Liked: Personnels are really polite and smile. Look like a nice hotel inside and outside. Comfortable room and clean. Price acceptable
Disliked: Hot water handle put mistake so I supposed to didn't have hot water and I called to receptionist. Still continue restoration job in hotel.

Lack of hygiene, staff, business...

Liked: The location was central to what we needed to do
Disliked: The lobby, elevator and hallways and the rooms stunk of weed. Sheets were dirty. The room was freezing. Staff could not find any extra sheets or blankets. No idea what the walls and floors were spattered with.
