Wonderful stay in perfect location.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and location unbeatable. Our room (without a balcony), was very quiet.
Disliked: Bathroom finishings had deteriorated in some places but only a minor point.

Liked: Great location but nothing special.Staff on reception and greeting were excellent

Lovely hotel but probably only...

Liked: We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view of the Giralda, but the room and bathroom felt quite small for a Deluxe Room. Location of the hotel is first class next to the Giralda and Cathedral. Breakfast was very good, service a bit slow.
Disliked: Instructions on how to reach the hotel by car were poor, and 50€ per night to park is expensive. This is an expensive hotel and probably isn't quite worth the price (compared to similar hotels in other Spanish cities we have stayed in).Absolutely nowhere to hang clothes.

Great place to stay to...

Liked: Pleasantness of the staff, the Location of the Hotel, and staff being a little flexible, all ws fantastic.
Disliked: Not a lot

Perfect location right next to...

Liked: Great location right next to the cathedral and Real Alcazar, you could get everywhere on foot.Staff at reception were extremely helpful.

Overpriced for what you get.

Liked: No outdoor pool or relaxed table seating.Staff not helpful with booking reservations. Need better soundproofing as the noise in the night is unbearable.
