Ok, but disappointing.

Liked: Location extra good
Disliked: Super small toilets, no space for clothes . Extremely bad english, wrong information (procession - no taxis and 20 minutes walk with baggage) and no offer for alternative solution .

Liked: Central location and atmosphere. Terrace was a highlight
Disliked: Very noisy at night. Especially when procession passed at 7.30 am

Liked: Great location and stunning views of the cathedral.
Disliked: Very loud and late night noise from the rooftop bars open to the public. Being charged £25 per person to use the spa.Doesn’t feel like a 5* hotel.

Amazing hotel in the centre...

Liked: Everything was great and the hotel was in a perfect location.The best however was the service received by the staff at the reception. We felt looked after at every moment.
Disliked: Nothing all great.

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Our initial room has no natural light which was a little claustrophobic and this should be pointed out on the website. Due to the hotel being fully booked, we couldn't move rooms until our last night, which they kindly did. Despite this, the hotel is in a great central location and made it so easy to travel around.
Disliked: The main toilets at the hotel were unisex and felt very out of style with the rest of the hotel, they were shabby, but more worryingly for a unisex toilet, the door of the toilet i used, did not close properly
