Very nice rooms. Helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Liked: Sevice; free breakfast; free cocktails; 10 minute easy walk to venue.
Disliked: Check out was 11 am.

Overall, affordable and good hotel...

Liked: Great location and friendly staff. I love the Starbucks annex and the "bar" within the hotel. The hotel room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room had plenty of room for a family of 4. I liked the omelet station for fresh omelets. Most of the staff were very friendly. I like that there is an option for pet owners.
Disliked: My room (328) had access to the roof located in one of the closets. Since the access was not sealed completely, the clothes and closest were "moist". There was no smell but I wasn't able to use the closet to store my dresses. My only other complaint would be the complimentary breakfast. I liked the options for eggs, potatoes, grits, pancakes, and french toast, but had to "ask" for meat from the omelet maker if you wanted other protein without an omelet. Liked the opinion of a bagel, but it would be GREAT to have more options than just a plain bagel. I could deal with the small glasses for beverages but my spouse complained about it. Also, my spouse and daughter complained about the "attitude" of one of the people in the breakfast area since they stopped by to grab a bite at 10:15 (closed at 10:30 on Sunday). They had a bagel and eggs but felt they were being rushed out the door.
