Liked: The staff were very kind and hospitable. The location was also very central and easy.
Disliked: The rooms and the hotel in general is quite outdated and needs a revamp! Bathrooms are old, carpet needs to change and for the amount of money we paid we were expecting a much more luxury experience. Also breakfest finishing at 9.30 is not ideal which meant we missed breakfest most days as we were still sleeping.

Liked: Location and general ease of getting around. We were there early - room wasn’t ready - and then our room was late, when we went back a third time there was still an issue but there was a man of Asian descent at check in who was very good and solution oriented and sorted it out immediately as opposed to the First Lady who just kept saying no even after 3pm - he had exceptional customer service and should be training the other staff

Liked: The room was large enough for 5 of us, beds were comfortable, and pool area well kept and large enough for number of guests using it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not as varied as higher end hotels we have stayed at however it was free. The omelettes were nice. Could do with more fresh cut fruit options The free afternoon drinks were a nice inclusion. I would stay here again for the great location and space for the price, was a good value option for us.
Disliked: Food offerings were not as varied as other hotels we have stayed at. Some renovations were happening but this was not disclosed prior - it wasn’t too bad but there was some overhead drilling sounds in the mid mornings above our room.

Liked: Staff was very polite and kind. Our flight arrived early in the morning, kids were jet lagged, front desk staff was so kind and gave us early check in so we can rest. This was the highlight of our trip no doubt.
Disliked: Nothing
