I had a wonderful time...

Liked: There was heaps to like about this property! The staff were excellent, the room (and all the amenities!) were clean and comfortable, the pool and surrounding area was great, breakfast and dinner snacks were enjoyable. The location was perfect! Close to the beach and shops. I loved the evening snacks and complimentary drinks, sitting out on the terrace was so enjoyable.
Disliked: I would have loved better vegan options at breakfast, there was almond milk but you had to specifically ask for it and there was no vegan options for hot food or butters. The room had a microwave and a kettle but no plates or cutlery which made it hard to prepare meals there. There was also not a lot of tea (1 bag) or sugar in the room when we arrived, really only enough for one cup of tea, and no mugs just take away coffee cups or glasses.

Fantastic location, free breakfast and...

Liked: Staff at this hotel are fantastic. The breakfast especially the omelette station are great and it’s nice to have free cocktails at their reception hour and meet new people in a relaxed environment with snacks provided and live music. Hotel is in a great location. Will continue to stay here when I visit Hawaii, this was our second stay here and I am never disappointed.

Liked: The property, the rooms, location, staff service, added breakfast were all fabulous. Have stayed here before and would stay again.
Disliked: Ugh. Nothing really, but to be picky - paid for ocean view room, to get partial ocean view, and was in back corner room so overlooked other buildings more than then ocean. View was no different paying for partial ocean view from last trip and cost a lot less. (Photos added of ocean view were on zoomed in, other photo is on what we seen mostly)
