Nice, could be better stay...

Liked: Location & “good breakfast included” & Hot tub
Disliked: 4 adults & 1 child couldn’t stay in one room with a double bed. Breakfast was late by 1 hour and ten minutes to get any sort of breakfast out to guest.Kitchen staff was rude, except chef. Kitchen staff lied about time kitchen was open & about breakfast omelette option saying it was 7am during the week and Omelettes only on weekends. Sign says different in lobby. Multiple guests were upset and waiting on breakfast. Hours later, they served omelets which were good. So I will give them another chance in the future. Pool door had to be requested to be unlocked post open hours. Food & glasses left outside hotel rooms for hours in the evening. Gave the stay a filthy vibe. Staff had a rude tone when I initially called about reservations. However the Front desk attendant was nice when I arrived. Cleaning staff was nice. Room was clean. No weird smells. Lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Paying a parking fee is ridiculous. $15 a night per vehicle.

Very disappointed. Didn't sleep well...

Liked: Allowed late check-in.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable for both my wife and me. Didn't sleep well at all. Then, on Christmas morning, I went down for your complimentary breakfast, but wasn't "allowed" to bring my wife breakfast in bed. She had just had shoulder surgery, and this would have been a very nice gesture. Even though I saw at least 3 other people bringing trays up the elevator, I was stopped and told food was not allowed in the rooms. Thus my wife got no "Christmas breakfast". When I asked why other people were allowed to bring food to their rooms, she simply said "Well, I can't catch everyone!" I was NOT a happy camper.
