Exceptional

One night was more than...

Liked: The breakfast was good, even though the set up was awkward. Location was fairly quiet.
Disliked: Not as nice as other Embassy Suites. The property is older. The room looked and smelled old. The sofa bed was MISERABLY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was literally nothing but springs topped by a thin "mattress". The other two beds were decent, nothing to gush over.

Failed to meet our expectations...

Liked: Breakfast had a good variety.
Disliked: Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. Dirty floor, we found nail clippings in our bed. We use this facility when we come to Tucson to shop or visit. The room rate was ridiculous because of the gem show. Makes no sense to run the rates up for customers that use the facility throughout the year. Plus not allowing me to use my military discount just says it all, when we served we stop giving my all because of a yearly event. Definitely have to rethink your business based on what people can pay to stay at your facility that seems to stop caring about the customer verses the money.
