Exceptional

Very nice hotel, but just...

Liked: Close to the airport, check in was fast & easy, lobby was nice and clean, room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. The included breakfast is excellent, very tasty, good selection & omelette station. We ate on the restaurant the night we arrived and service was excellent and the food was delicious
Disliked: Cigarette butts all over around the entrance, even though there are lots of no smoking signs. When we arrived there were at least 20 cigarette butts on the entry mat, plus beer cans stacked up on the ATM, was not inviting. Our room was nice and clean but the sheets smelled as if they were sprayed with perfume, it was almost more than I could handle, thought I was going to have to,call and ask for them to be changed. Made us wonder if they had been sprayed instead of washed.

Liked: The breakfast buffet was very good....great variety including made to order omelettes. The dining area was comfortable.The young lady looking after us at breakfast was excellent in her customer service and kindness.We enjoyed our 2 room King suite....comfortable bed, walk-in shower, clean, water bottles in the room, coffeemaker.
Disliked: We enjoyed everything!!

Very comfortable and satisfying stay!...

Liked: Breakfast was great - lots of choices/ variety and tasty. The rooms were also very spacious and comfortable/ comforting after a stressful trip.
Disliked: Pricing was a bit high. Also, I had more than one booking for subsequent days due to some confusion regarding my trip. The hotel made me keep coming to check out and re-check in each day, instead of finding a way to merge all the bookings. Was very stressful for me.

Liked: Great to have on site parking, and check in was easy. Room was very spacious and it’s very conveniently located by the airport for those traveling. Lots of restaurants around as well.
Disliked: The rooms are getting a bit old and need a refresh- dirt and grime stuck in the corners that isn’t really the fault of cleaners but which takes away from feeling like the room is actually clean. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable, which would be a challenge for any who are sensitive to that. Parking is there but is extra, and costs of this place as with every other in Toronto are pretty high for the quality that you actually receive.
