All and all, very good.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Location was quiet and had good public transport to all that we needed.
Disliked: Paying for parking.

Horrible, I will not visit...

Liked: I first want to say Ive stayed at this location atleast 5 times and have never had the experience I had this past weekend. I was given a room on the 9th floor, thinking my daughter and I would have a nice, quiet weekend inside the hotel.. thats not what transpired. As we make it to the 9th floor we hear a humming noise, the entire floor is vibrating. Our room is facing the side street, thought that was the cause of the noise, but it wasnt. The bedroom tv wouldnt turn on, took maintenance 45 minutes. My daughter and I slept in that buzzing room barely after being told there were no more rooms. The next morning im woken up out of my sleep at 7am, by the now continued louder buzzing from the night before. Front desk says they can get me in another room, but on the 2nd floor. Awesome. We ordered room service, 40 mins later, we go downstairs, to be told the order was just delivered to the kitchen so nothing had been started. I really was furious. I learned we are right above the Ballroom and there is a wedding at 8p, until… You can imagine there was no sleep for my daughter and I that 2nd night. Not 1 time was I shown Empathy from the staff.

Great Stay next to restaurants...

Liked: Hotel acted like they couldn’t find my reservation because I used Booking.com so beaware!Hotel had an nice atmosphere,the breakfast, the dining staff and the check in employee was nice,and process was easy, the location is right across from restaurants which is why i chose this hotel,Room was clean,we also used the roof top pool.The trolley comea right by the hotel.
Disliked: I only stayed 1 night,I had no hot water to shower at all,the check out employee was not very pleasant. THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU TO PARK ITS INCLUDED IN THE HOTEL COST
