Liked: View was nice and close to other restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Beds were so hard we did not sleep for 2 nights. Breakfast not a good value. Food was decent but not managed well to control number of guests. Happy hour was not good value or good food. Not worth the extra money spent and I never leave a bad review.

Disliked: today when I asked, could I get extended check out she told me I was already 45 minutes late and check out is 11. It says all over the place. The check out is 12 including my booking. She told me it was not acceptable. and I needed to leave immediately. I was turned I decided I was staying till 12 anyway then when we were leaving before we were leaving, she had housekeeping up there exactly at 12 us when we were leaving. We were ready and walking out the door we go down the stairs in the elevator we’re walking out towards the car and she comes running out yelling my name Kim are you out? Are you leaving now? It was ridiculous. It was 1225 I believe.

Disliked: I was charged a smoking fee and there was no smoking in the room. They found a cigar wrapper in the trash but claim there was a marijuana scent in the room. Said that they couldn't rent the room that day and that some machine they use detected the smoke. Would not give me a copy of the report. Claim that housekeeping staff detected the smoke, but I feel the housekeeping staff is being vindictive because a note was left about the towels being dirty. I spoke with the manager Kenyon Allen who was not willing to help or find a resolution. They basically can charge a smoking fee anytime they want and feel like there is no recourse, especially when they are wrong. Sounds like a fraud scheme or theft to me.
