Disappointing

Disliked: Despite good reviews, sadly our experience at the hotel was a bad one. Putting aside the challenging breakfast for vegetarians (no veggies whatsoever), and the fact that when we brought to their attention that we didn’t have housekeeping for several days straight they saw no need to apologize, and that the daily parking toll was quite high (22$), we were mostly disappointed to discover upon check in that although we booked a two bedroom suite, we received a one bedroom suite, and the front desk representative made no sincere effort to resolve the issue, stating that since the booking was done through a third party company (booking.com) there’s nothing they can do, essentially disclaiming any responsibility. This caused us much discomfort in our vacation.

Liked: The staff was friendly and quick to help They rated among the top of any hotel we've stayed. The desk person was very helpful, warm, and efficient. The concierge, bartender, and waitress were equally pleasant to work with.
Disliked: Room furniture was dated and could use an update.

Disliked: The room service wasn't what we hoped. My wife was looking for something with more options and wanted breakfast for room service as well
