Disliked: Hotel is more dog friendly than people friendly. When making reservations, people should be told there are dogs everywhere. Some of us are allergic to dogs and have asthma.

Liked: The front desk at check in was very nice and welcoming. We had an early check in and appreciated it, but getting to our room there was a man working on tvs (jeff/jess) since we were early check in we didn't mind, but after 30 minutes of trying to get bedroom tv volume to work he gave up and said to call front desk
Disliked: After Calling the front desk telling them the situation. Front desk who was rude couldn't tell us who was working in our room, they sent up workers who also couldn't tell us for sure who worked in our room but sounded like they thought it was the cable company. So they moved us rooms to top floor, and bathroom door was broken, sofa and bed hard and small.

Liked: Loved the location, would highly recommend. Breakfast was great! Complimentary drinks were a huge bonus.
Disliked: Just the time of check in...4 o'clock is a bit late.

Disliked: Needs serious refreshing. Long corridors, bad signage. Too loud in the lounge/dining area.The area under the refrigerator was rotten. The breakfast was a disaster. Long line to get something other than dried scrambled eggs. There was almost nothing on display.
