We had a great time...

Liked: Our room was lovely and we enjoyed having a small living space as well as a bedroom. The location was great and we were able to enjoy some of the breakfast in the morning. The best part was the kindness of the staff at check-in:)
Disliked: We would have loved to stay a little longer. With teens checking out at noon would have been nice:)

Liked: Staff were friendly. Location was perfect to where we had to go that night.
Disliked: I’ve been to other Embassy Suites and was very sad to see how run down the room looked, the doors, the hallways. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. The door looked like someone tried to break in. The walls were scraped or scratched. The wood in our room to the cabinets was run down. It def needs a renovation

Disliked: Both TVs in our suite turned on twice in the middle of the night. The air conditioner did not work well either so it was very uncomfortable all night.

It was ok- not great

Disliked: The Tv didn’t work and I called the front desk many times and it took them over 2 hours to come and fix it

Disliked: The doors in my room kept getting stuck and hard to open even the patio door. The sofa bed was old and no more cushion. Over paid for the room.

Our stay was beyond disappointing,...

Liked: Breakfast was cold and not good at all.
Disliked: Room was not only not a suite, it was the tiniest room we have ever booked. It didn’t have a second night stand, which is essential for our medical equipment, and advertised as Embassy Suites, one thinks they are booking a suite. This is very misleading- even fraudulent. We were enraged, having stayed at many Embassy Suites over the past 20+ years and having a minimal expectation of room standard, then to open the door to a -300 square foot room with not even a second night stand was beyond horrible.
