Housekeeping needs addressed and they...

Liked: The breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was very nice. Bartender at cocktail hour was great! Location was great.
Disliked: Lack of towels, wash cloths, coffee, cups and shower gel. Hotel staff at front desk was not very friendly. Ran out of towels and no room service.

Poor

Liked: The hotel was lovely and clean but I booked a room for 3 Adults and our room was only set up for two. We had to beg for more towels and bedding so that we could use the pull out sofa bed.

Liked: Front desk staff extremely kind and helpful.
Disliked: Asked for towels and linen for the sleeper sofa as there weren't any in room. Front desk put in request. No staff was available to deliver them to room. I had to carry them to room after front desk retrieved some.

Upset honors member

Liked: I had to ask for more towels and wash cloths after telling the front desk how many people I had. No remote for 1 tv. 1 tv didn't work. No bedding for the pull out sofa. Pool was close our second day there. Bartender check my free drink card but not the two people after me. Too many trips to front desk because no one answers phone and not enough employees to deliver towels remote bedding.
