Liked: The amazing desk staff, Marlene and Connie. They had to deal with a difficult third party booking who wasted over one and one half hours on the reservation problem. The breakfast crew , especially the omelot makers. The housekeeping staff who quietly take care of all that is clean. Thank you.
Disliked: I wish we had gotten a notice that pool closed for repairs. That was the point of coming with my grandson. This time, the mattresses in the room we had needed replacing. Everyone rolled into center , squeaked when getting up or down in bed and the couch had a deep crater in it when sitting down.

Liked: The cost was fantastic, and the breakfast was tasty.
Disliked: The shower handle broke off while my husband was attempting to turn the water off. Although the staff kindly offered to move us to a different room, we were already tired and had settled in.

Liked: Amenities, price, location.I choose this site when the price is good. I stay in the area once a month. The dynamic pricing keeps me away from this site most of the time, December, January and next month, I’m in, but it has been several months since I be stayed there
