Liked: Located next to the train station. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Elevator needed vacuuming. I didn't really get to explore much of the hotel so I can't fairly rate the whole property.

Liked: The staff was very kind, state of the art workout gym/pool. View was great, love Milton the robot!
Disliked: How dirty the pool was, and how the guest behaved in, and around the pool. I had to fix the Alexa, living room TV remote didn’t work well. Price of parking was more on my card than previously spoken about. Understaffed. People smoking pot where my son and I were outside the pool area…

Liked: Clean and great staff. Front desk very informative and helpful with finding another hotel to stay at.
Disliked: Nothing on the booking app or embassy website designating the hotel a 21+ booking property. Front desk had to cancel the booking when I was going to check in.

Liked: Staff very helpful. Sorted out transportation to the airport. Very easy from this location. Gave thorough directions. Happy hour snacks very good and the wine tasty.
Disliked: The 13 coins restaurant was experiencing trouble with a new ordering system. This is not actually part of the hotel but our service borderlined on being poor and the food was not warm.
