Great safe location, not clean...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Most of the breakfast food was cold. Our bed had a huge rip on the bottom of it that was fully visible. The televisions in our family members' rooms didn't work.

A very good option in...

Liked: room size - large and comfortable. the staff was wecoming and nice. the room was quiet, and I liked the view.
Disliked: The coffee machine is outdated, and "tea drinkers" are forced to use the same coffee maker with almost no tea selection. The bathroom is a bit outdated. Only one elevator functioned.
