Liked: Elevator was broken, ice machine was broken, atm was broken and in and out key access broken too
Disliked: The bathtub was peeling.

Liked: Breakfast was okay, one of the two staff members serving the omelets isn't the friendliest but the food was okay.
Disliked: as soon as I walked in, the room smelled musty. something I would expect if I stayed at a motel 6 not an embassy suites.

Disliked: Checked in late from a long drive and just wanted to get in my room, eat, shower and sleep. I don't mind waiting 10-20 minutes to check in, especially when hotel is short staffed but I should've taken heed to why it took awhile to check in. Customers in front of me were complaining about their rooms. I didn't think for a second that I was going to have any issues... no way... right? Wrong. It was well after 10pm, just getting ready to fall asleep and emergency alarm went off... for no reason; just falling asleep again and a woman's voice goes off, loudly, on PA; bed's end table lamps weren't working; shower floor chipped and I stubbed my toe on it; How do you not have control of the thermostat in your room? Apparently, it has an automatic temp control for the entire hotel. It was very cold in the room and I couldn't turn up the heat. I ended up shutting the thermostat off because I couldn't get it stop blowing cold air. I slept fully clothed with my jacket on. Why didn't I go down to complain? Because after a long drive, I just wanted to rest... I had no energy left in me. This all would've made sense if I staying in a $50 dollar "value" type Inn or Motel but this is Embassy Suites! $170+ for a room I wasn't even in for 15 hours!

Disliked: Extremely dirty room!!! Had to cut our visit short, couldn’t bear it. And impossible to reach anyone at the front desk.

Liked: We really liked the cook to order omelettes and the balcony
Disliked: Staff was having a hard time checking us in at 4pm when we arrived. It was cold and raining. We had to sit in the lobby for about 90 minutes. Staff said housekeeping was running behind. Super unprofessional. We finally get to the room an the ac/heater don't work. Then the toilet bowl was leaking we had to place a towel down all bight. Needless to say my 1 yr old woke up with a bad cold.
