Liked: There was a ( blondish)young man at the reception desk when we arrived. He was very welcoming and very helpful..a great start to our visit.I wish I’d asked his name because he went out of his way to be helpful to my son & his family and myself on several occasions. Our rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Evening reception and breakfast was an enjoyable bonus, and the large open reception room was comfortable to gather and visit in. . The breakfast staff was also very pleasant , and the personalized omelette’s were great. This place is definitely a “ don’t judge a book by its cover “ type of hotel. Outside appearance is really just ‘okay’ , but inside was warm and welcoming.
Disliked: The coffee was ok, not great..but Starbucks is very nearby.

Liked: Comfort, size of rooms. Breakfast was amazing every day we were there. And quiet.
