Liked: Excellent breakfast service and food with good variety. Room very spacious, clean and tidy, all staff excellent, evening cocktails excellent
Disliked: restaurant could do with a bit more variety on their menu - no complaints overall - pizzas were excellent - drinks excellent -

A few bumps but otherwise...

Liked: We enjoyed the comfortable, clean, fresh beds in the suite. The kids loved playing at the in door pool.We enjoyed the beautiful view at Seaport Village, as well as, the car show and music at at the gaslamp area street fair. So much fun!
Disliked: First, booking.com had not sent email about our booking. It took extra long getting the issue resolved. But it was resolved eventually by a pleasant clerk. Most importantly, we had trouble with getting my sons (birthday boys) lap top connected to wifi. He has autism and became quite stressed. It took me a lot of time on the phone getting then the proper person to help resolve the issue. It took several hours to get it connected. I paid extra to ensure this would not happen. It did eventually get resolved though

Ok but I would not...

Liked: The room(suite) had a small balcony overlooking the harbor-great. Bath was well done and updated. Walking distance to waterfront and close to light rail.
Disliked: The carpeting needed a good cleaning and the rooms were dated. Dark

Liked: Very bad, when I check in went to room in 3min I check out the front desk told me we can't give you refund but smell and room was dirty the hotel looks like for homeless people and I went to different hotel same night and they charge me for first night even if don't stay in this hotel.

Liked: bay view, ships on the water
Disliked: the power went out 30minutes after our arrival for more then several hours, Dog barking kept us up for most of the early morning no food to get it was not a good experience
