Very plesant and enjoyable!

Liked: The happy hour was nice with light snacks. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was very convenient to many Riverwalk attractions. We loved our suite. It was perfect for us. The lobby was very pretty especially since it was Christmas time!
Disliked: The view was of a lower roof top. If you looked closely you could see the river. That wasn't a big deal because we didn't spend a lot of time in the room.

Disliked: I wish the room had been kept up better. Paint peeling off the wall, some sort of mess sprayed on the bedroom door, wallpaper loose, etc. Stuff that is easily repaired and really makes a hotel feel more posh.

Liked: The location to the Riverwalk was excellent!
Disliked: The breakfast was OK. We stayed three nights and never received room service. We had to go down to the front desk several times for linens, toilet tissue, and towels. Also, the room temperature was very warm and would not go below 69°. It felt very humid.

Great location, nice hotel, friendly...

Disliked: Maid service. Out of a four night stay, we only had service once. We had the do not disturb sign up one morning, but still no one came in afternoon. One morning, we were getting dressed and asked if they could come back in 10 minutes - no return. Third time - they said they would send someone right up - we left for 2 + hours and no one came. When we returned finally came 1/2 hour later.
