Liked: It was being remodeled so it wasn’t a pleasant view going in. The elevators weren’t working well and there was a line every single time. The incidental fee was never returned with no explanation.

Excellent experience at the hotel...

Liked: Overall, our stay was excellent. The breakfast was really good, we appreciated the options and abundance. The staff was professional and helpful. The size of the room was generous and comfortable. The responsiveness of staff was excellent. The location of the hotel was wonderful and so convenient.
Disliked: The sheets didn't fit the beds and we constantly had to remake our beds so the mattress was covered -- this was super annoying! The beds themselves were comfortable but they really need to purchase sheets that fit the beds and don't slip off the second you lay on them. It is also a bummer that you have to pay for valet parking and it added another $50+ to the nightly charge. And lastly, it would be nice for there to be side tables on both sides of the bed so everyone has a place to plug in their phone, a glass of water, etc.

Liked: I liked the early check-in. We arrived into town very early and parking was hectic around 12n. So we asked if we could just use the valet and we're told to check if our room was ready for checking in. Our room was ready and we were allowed to check-in and enjoy the town. Thank you.
Disliked: Other than the water pressure losing power, seemed as if another room would use water or flush and the shower would lose power but will come back.

Poor

Disliked: The room we stayed in had loud pipes in the wall to where all night it sounded like power tools going off and we did not sleep well. When we brought it up to the front desk they said they cant do anything because we went through booking.com
