Liked: The room was fantastic. Kids loved the pool.
Disliked: My only complaint was how far our room was. I have arthritis and it's hard to walk that far but I didn't ask for a specific room so my fault.

Liked: The staff was so friendly. Everyone i walked by said hi and ask how was my stay.
Disliked: Was not clean, the elevator was dirty. All of the light socks in my room were dirty and sticky. The comforter had a odd spot on it. The sink made odd sounds all night.

Liked: Everything was a great except one thing. The couch in suite 703 was very uncomfortable to sit on. My husband set on the chase lounge part of the couch, which was fine. With the other part of the couch so uncomfortable, I set in the desk chair to watch TV with my husband. Other than that, it was a terrific experience. Thank you. The staff, the room, the social hour and delicious breakfast was great. Thank you.

Liked: Hotel was clean and parking is free, coming from Miami that’s rare to find.
Disliked: The staff trash, from room service to concierge, they are under qualified and should not have a job in hospitality.
