Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing. I really enjoyed the happy hour and the breakfast was great as well. I would stay here any time I visit St. Louis. I loved it!

Memorable Stay!

Liked: Food at the Hilton Frontenac was excellent!
Disliked: Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.Booked 2 premium suites to accommodate 8 people almost a month ago. I was called the day we were checking in and told there were no rooms available and we could stay at the Hilton Frontenac. We obviously had plans in St Louis, so we had no choice. When we got to our rooms at the Hilton, each room had 1 king-sized bed and was in no way a suite. When I spoke to the front desk, they basically told me we had no options, but they could add a roll away bed to each room. When we were leaving to go to our event for the evening, I stopped to confirm the roll aways would be in the rooms when we got back and the three (very pleasant) ladies looked at each other and said they were sorry but that would be a fire hazard. I'm sure no one wanted to communicate that to me, but someone certainly should have. I had to ask for additional pillows and blankets. After we left, my group laughed about it and said it will always be a memorable trip

Not great, just the location.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The food options weren’t the best. The breakfast was really crowded and you could see greasy fingers from the food (?) all over the elevator doors. It was so loud on our floor on the second night that we had to move rooms at midnight. The security didn’t do anything to keep the guests from being loud and playing music after 11pm. They also tried to charge me for valet when I didn’t use it.
