Liked: Receipt was produced to the check-in clerk, who refused to accept the guest. The reservation was made in the name of the person checking in but my name was the name put on the reservation. I charge Booking.com with the fault of the wrong name. The staff at the hotel, I charge with poor manners after 10 pm in refusing a guest with receipt in hand, in a bad neighborhood on the edge of town.

Weekend Getaway

Liked: Very nice hotel and the suite was excellent, very roomy with comfortable bed. The drinks and horderves were an nice added touch however not a big selection of food, the dinner menu was small but everything was delicious. Overall a very good experience staying at this hotel.

Liked: Bed was champ! Woke up with no pains! Nice location and view of river
Disliked: Confused, not feel welcome enough. No binder of informative such as restaurant hour. Bar hours. Pool hours, restaurant recommendations, map of hotel. All of that.
