Disappointing

Liked: I liked the guy that checked us in and out, he was awesome. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The shower never got hot, was lukewarm. Plug for tub was not working, nothing to hang a towel on to keep it off the floor, I'm not hanging it on the shower rod because I worked at a hotel and the dirtiest spot is the bathroom ceiling. For the cost of this hotel, we will not be staying ever again. Last year we stayed up the road and it was cheaper and so much better.

Liked: Location was perfect for what I needed to accomplish. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Room was clean and nice.

Liked: Breakfast and happy hour was very good. Love the water with fruit/veggies daily.
Disliked: Paying for parking.A couple of staff at front very rude.Bring accused and charged a fee for ‘smoking and having pot’ in the room when this is not true.Not getting my room cleaned when I request it.Not getting extra blankets for my son when I request it.Lack of towels when there is 4 people in the room.No hooks to hang towels after shower

Liked: Everything. The suite was roomy and comfortable. Peaceful. Clean. We had just spent 2 nights in a horrible place that seemed ok on the outside but was scuzzy on the inside. So this place was a slice of heaven.
