Liked: Room very nice and clean.
Disliked: Did not get breakfast voucher when we checked in. Self parking cost $12.00, automatically added to the room - should be free with the amount you have to pay for a night's stay.

Very poor
Liked: The hotel room exhibits noticeable signs of wear and tear in its furnishings and fixtures. This includes stains, faded finishes, chipped furnishings, worn upholstery, and scratched surfaces that exceed what would be considered normal wear. The carpet is also dirty and stained, showing clear signs of heavy use in high-traffic areas. The hotel mattress was uncomfortable and sagging, and the bedding was outdated and stained. All of this led to a poor night's sleep and overall dissatisfaction. There was a lack of cleaning staff, which led to our room not being cleaned daily, which made it a significant inconvenience and impacted our overall hotel experience. The furniture in the hotel lobby's common area is not designed to be senior-friendly. Its height may make it unsafe or uncomfortable for older adults. Chairs are too low, making it difficult for seniors to sit down and stand up, especially those with mobility issues or joint pain. The upholstery also has stains, making the furniture unappealing for guests. These stains contribute to an unkempt appearance and detract from the overall experience at the hotel. The hotel dining area looks more like a lounge, designed for relaxation and socializing, with comfortable seating and possibly a bar, rather than a traditional dining room focused solely on eating. In other words, the design emphasizes comfort and leisure, with soft seating like couches and armchairs rather than formal dining chairs and tables. The space appears intended for guests to relax, chat, and enjoy drinks or snacks casually. Unlike a traditional dining room, which focuses more on eating, it has a formal layout and perhaps a more subdued atmosphere. The food was good, and the staff was professional and friendly.

All and All not bad...
Liked: I wish they had better room service. Being disabled it very hard for me to get ready and go down to the lobby for breakfast so early

Good
Liked: Convenience
Disliked: The fact that I left a charger in the hotel. I rang them in good time to ask whether they could give this to my colleague still staying in the hotel for 24 hours. I rang at 8:00pm. I was told to ring at 7:00am. I did, I was put through to housekeeping and was told to ring at 8:00am. I rang the concierge, I rang housekeeping at 8:00am again, and she noted she would look. My colleague spoke to the concierge at 9:00am who told him that he could do nothing and knew nothing. I was then rung by housekeeping at 9:30 to tell me they have found the charger. Then I had to ring around for another 24 hours to try to fix this. The function of the concierge is to facilitate this. He rang me later and apologized, but was the factor in my colleague deciding to leave without being able to resolve this as he found him dismissive.A little more service, and better concierge attention, so that someone who is trying to resolve the problem can be helped would go a long way to warrant the expense of the room. I would give the hotel 7/10 but the concierge on that day 4/10. Housekeeping when the senior person arrived and could engage in conversation I would give 7/10 to.
