Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Pool was closed! With no warning or compensation! This was 90% of the reason we picked this place. All of their water features were drained of water but the "out of order" pool was full. For free breakfast you needed a coupon and you only get one even though we were there 3 nights! The fitness center had broken equipment and was just full of bored kids hanging out because the pool was closed. The shower was lukewarm at best and they regulate the AC no matter what you set it at. Parking was a mess with people double parked everywhere because it was unclear where to go. This place was a whole mess.

We would still consider staying...
Liked: The location of the property was very convenient. The free breakfast was delicious.The room size was great.
Disliked: The bed pillows need to be replaced. They weren’t fluffy enough. The bedroom door squeaked loudly. No cleaned towels daily. Had ti ask a housekeeper on the floor for clean towels. The customer representative at the desk was not compliant in explaining amenities and offerings. Pool wasn’t working. We had to request additional passes for breakfast beyond the first morning after check in.

the hotel was nice, but...
Liked: the 2 individuals that supported the happy hour were commendable. serving people drinks including those who like to drink as much as possible when it's free, can be challenging. they were patient and besides supporting the never-ending line at the bar, also attended to the food orders. they were respectful - even when the customer wasn't necessarily polite to them. we were impressed.
Disliked: the shuttle service was poor. I was told to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport to be picked up. We called. After waiting 1/2 hour, while several other hotel shuttles passed by, we called again - only to find out the shuttle was not available just then. the desk attendant helpfully recommended we take an Uber for which we would be reimbursed.the morning we were leaving, the shuttle was out on the circuit dropping off at the airport. after waiting in the lobby about 20 minutes, I asked again about the shuttle. they telephoned the driver who said he would be back shortly - which he was. When we asked to be taken, he said he only drives over every 1/2 hour. once again the desk bridged the gap by having another individual drive over the customers waiting to go.
