Disliked: Me in my son was in the jacuzzi about 8pm and they shut it off and someone was told it was closed.. but then later we seen people in it and was turned back on.. also booking is confusing because all the little charges. And I had a 48 dollar charge I didn’t know anything about..

Underwhelming experience.

Liked: Loved the location. Ideal spot to get to the beach and Pier Park. Close proximity to the dog park, and very dog friendly. The gym was also adequate. Most of the staff was nice, or at least neutral.
Disliked: The room wasn't very comfortable. I had the air conditioner set on 67, and it never went lower than 74-76 in the room (it was in the 50s or lower outside). The bed was TERRIBLE. I'm in my early 30s and my wife is in her late 20s, both in good shape, and we both slept horribly and woke up with cramps. One of the front desk employees wasn't very polite to my wife when asking a simple question. The security was an absolute joke. All of the card access exterior doors were either broken or turned off, including the one that was less than 50ft from our room on the Ron John side. Not to mention this side of the hotel was very loud. If it wasn't from people slamming that door, it was from music in the parking lot that wasn't owned by the hotel. Very underwhelmed by the value of this hotel.
