Stay away from this place!

Disliked: There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived at 7pm on New Years Eve. Just a line of people hoping to check in. When we finally got to the desk, we were told there were no rooms, even though we had reserved a month before. The maids were behind. My wife had planned to change in the room, so instead so changed in the women's room by the restaurant. The bathroom smelled of pee and there was urine on the floor!We left and called two hours later, multiple times but nobody answered the phone. At 12:30am, w left the party and drove home and slept in our beds. We will be expecting a refund.This hotel is right next to a busy street and one of the cars in the lot was playing loud rap music that literally shook the hotel windows.

Disliked: Feces in toilet, hair in drain, carpet and couch filthy, staff too busy to clean toilet, and blood stains on the lamp post.
