Hilton should remove this hotel...
Liked: Free breakfast and front desk staff
Disliked: It’s old. Stains everywhere. Not up to Hilton standards. Clogged toilets, stains on couches, faucets were falling off. Rug must have been the original. And if you are worried about safety, the front door was not secured other than a blocker which wouldn’t stop someone from kicking it in. Very disappointing and highly suggest people avoid.

Liked: The property itself is absolutely beautiful! Did not disappoint at all
Disliked: We love the property and the staff that wasn’t our issue or issue was our room. It was very rundown. The toilet barely worked. It definitely needed to be updated and there was things that should’ve been taken care of that. We’re not. Also, they left one trashcan in our room. It just didn’t feel the cleanest specially with a pipe coming out of the ceiling in the bathroom. Also the poor lady that was doing happy hour at the bar was by herself. They need to add extra staff. It’s too much for one person.

Disliked: Towels not changed often enough. Poor breakfast choice, no plain yoghurt, just yoghurt with sugar, only white bread. The omelettes were very good. Paper plates, paper cups and plastic cutlery. I’ve never seen this in a hotel. We had clearly chosen the wrong hotel for us.

Liked: The room was adequate for my needs
Disliked: The reason for my rating of BAD is as follows: My room key card did not work, requiring me to walk a long distance back to the front desk. The clerk at the front desk told me that the card key programming machine was not working properly. Even knowing this, she was giving other guests cards that would not open their doors. She knew that my key card would not work when she first gave it to me but said nothing as she gave it to me. This meant that in order to open my room door, I had to walk back to the front desk and request a maintenance person to come and open my door. Further, this also meant that if I left my room for any reason, like to go to my car, go out to dinner, etc. I had to once again walk to the front desk and request a maintenance person to unlock my door. The clerk had no idea if or when the machine would work, yet I watched her give out key cards to other guests that would not work without telling them that the cards would not open their doors. This is total incompetence on her part and showed no care for the guests discomfort. If on the other hand, she was following instructions from her supervisor, then that supervisor should have been terminated. I found this situation totally unacceptable and completely out of character with a quality facility like Embassy Suites. William Blowers, [email protected].
