Charging for self-parking is outrageous

Disliked: The AC didn’t work consistently so it was very warm.House keeping entered my room without knocking and I was completely undressed!

Not a pleasant stay

Disliked: The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed. I could not sleep. Bed seem to sink in the middle and a bar was hitting my back. Breakfast: I’ve been to many embassy suites and this breakfast was the least liked. Breakfast potatoes tasted terrible.
