Not surprised for a Hilton...

Liked: I liked the staff and cleanliness and laundry.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the shower didn’t have hot water it was luke warm , both sinks had hot water, would have liked a tub and microwave.

Charging for self-parking is outrageous

Liked: Great location and very courteous and professional staff
Disliked: The building felt old , lots of little things didn’t work: curtains didn’t open and the outlets didn’t have hook ups for usb ports .

Liked: The lobby is very nice and welcoming.
Disliked: The furniture in the room was very dirty. The mattress on the bed was horrible. Also, the frame of the bed really sucked.
