Very nice hotel

Liked: Very nice hotel, it is pricey but the breakfast dining is one I've never seen in a hotel before, very nice, many options including grill.
Disliked: Really expensive

Needs better management and employees

Disliked: I had multiple workers walk into my room before check out time. One lady opened the door and walked into my room at 930am Did not knock, did not announce herself. I was making my niece breakfast when it happened and was standing by the doorway. it scared her majorly as she is only 4. I asked the lady what she needed and she said “sorry” and walked away. 1 hour lady a housekeeper knocked once and entered the room at 10:30 am. Check out was at 12pm. I was upset with the housekeeper and then a few minutes later another housekeeper walked into the room. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and was not able to. The front desk staff did not want to help me connect my rewards account to my reservation neither I had to go up two days later and ask a different person for help before it was done. I was promised $100 refund by the assistant manager, and it has been eight days and I still have not received. It still have not received the incidental fees back neither. I have always stayed at a Hilton everywhere I’ve traveled and this has been the worst experience. I’ve had. They did not treat me or my family well and it was my sister’s first time staying there and it will be her last. We had a very bad experience
