Liked: The stay was excellent. The majority of the staff was great. My wife had an accidental fall in an elevator. I told the front staff a gentleman, and he was very un apologetic he went to the elevator and said he only saw 2 drops of water. Besides that that incident the stay was great.

Liked: Breakfast, all the amenities and the friendly faces. Always a favorite spot of ours, accommodates our family of 4 with 2 babies very well.
Disliked: Paying for parking when you paid for a room , the hotel has a huge parking lot, plenty of space. Parking should come with room rate. Only pay if you have more than one car.

Liked: I never got to eat breakfast, had to be at the hospital early.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I only thing was I checked out on Thursday and paid for Thursday night, is there anyway to be refunded for the extra night I didn’t use?
