Liked: Breakfast is great. Location is excellent.
Disliked: They don't have body wash in bathroom. There were shampoo n conditioner. We asked for body wash both customer service and house keeping lady. They gave us only small face soup bars. I don't know why. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Wonderful staycation spot

Liked: Breakfast was phenomenal! Super clean rooms and delightful staff. Conveniently located near the highway Walking distance to great shopping area
Disliked: I wish the pet area was bigger or I wish that people would clean up after their pets

Less than expected for Embassy...

Liked: The included breakfast was a value. Buffet style but you could get an omelet/eggs cooked to order. Every staff member was very courteous and helpful. The room was a suite very good size. They cleaned/bussed the tables in the breakfast dining area almost immediately.There was a problem delivering a food order to our room, the employee (Jai) apologized, had the order remade fresh, comped the order. I think he handled that very well.
Disliked: The mattress was not very comfortable. The pillows were the small ones (I don't like them). I found out when my bill arrived that Parking was $14.00/night (uncovered in the lot). That wasn't explained to me. Complimentary drinks were awful. They had to use the "well" whiskey. Not a value. It turned me off to going down to the bar area. They seemed understaffed at the bar on the weekend. Every table was dirty/not bussed. I ordered chicken wings and asked for them to be sent to my room, it took an hour and 20 minutes. Housekeeping did not enter our room once during our 3-night stay. No one emptied the trash cans. Luckily, we had enough towels.

Disliked: paying to park in the parking lot of a hotel that Ive already paid for / swimming pool had a massive amount of kids in it with older kids throwing balls and hitting people or pushing smaller kids out of the way
