Disliked: I have stayed here many times with my wife visiting our kids at OU. The recent charge for parking is ridiculous. I am considering picking a different hotel in the future. Other than that, nice hotel.

Liked: Hot tub and pool
Disliked: Got to the hotel on a Saturday night after 10 pm and my family and I had driven over 2 hrs to get there to be told there was no booking in the computer for us when we had booked it 2 weeks prior but it seemed as if they had given our room away because there was a Mississippi state bus in the parking lot and march madness was going on when I showed them my confirmation Email then things changed they said they had a room but it needed to be cleaned so anyway after it was cleaned we checked in and they didn't clean that good because my little dog pulled a pill out from under the sink thank God she didn't eat it and I really thank Gody 2 y/o granddaughter didn't find it.

Disliked: Children took over pool and Jacuzzi areas. Some Gym equipment wasn’t working properly. I told the receptionist at the desk I was hard of hearing yet she wouldn’t look up long enough to finish a sentence for me, so I could at least read her lips, or make an attempt to repeat something I didn’t hear.

Liked: The breakfast and the size of the pool and hot tub!
Disliked: They had to shut down the pool and there was nasty clothes and food left in my room and things weren’t clean like it should have been
