Liked: The perks and how convenient it was for me for my stay.
Disliked: My room was the worst it’s been in the 3 years I’ve been there. Pee on the toilet seat when I got in, no USB outlets for other chargers, used towel under the bathroom sink.

March break vacation

Liked: Clean, nice lobby and big breakfast buffets and big dining rooms.
Disliked: Elevators are not enough. We check in 4 p.m. plus but waited long at P6 going to our suite. My family decided to go to the lobby instead then proceed up to our unit. The room we had wasn't giving g us the full view of the falls. We wish next is better view.

Liked: Guest services- requested toothpaste as we forgot ours. Appreciated the timely response.
Disliked: I had stayed at this property for years prior to Covid and this is my first time being back at the hotel. I spoke to management upon checking out as they had asked me via text to provide a rating. The service was good however the room itself was poor. I let them know that the shower was not working properly (the handle was broken in the room and it was installed backwards as the hot was cold and cold was hot). The remote for the TV was broken as the lower volume button was broken and the down channel button was broken (I let management know). When checking out from the 11th floor, we had to wait for over 30 minutes for an elevator to go down to lobby which I am supposing that due to the March break and high guest count. Unfortunately due to our stroller, crib and luggage we could not take the stairs. Breakfast was adequate in terms of taste and selection.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The room was clean, had a beautiful view and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Everyone from the parking/valet staff to hotel staff and house keeping were exceptional.
Disliked: It was quite expensive, we had to upgrade the room to get fallsview even though we booked a horseshoe falls view, elevator waits made it very difficult for family and cut into our time to eat or go out, chlorine was strong at the pools, The breakfast was okay, not the same as out prior stays.

Disliked: Front desk staff seamed cold and uncaring. Our room had no hot water.

Great location with a great...

Liked: Loved the view and the bedroom had three bedrooms, which was great for the four of us. As well, the breakfasts were handy. The staff were very friendly and definitely helped with parking, checking in and guiding us through the crazy busy elevator process.
Disliked: The elevators! We waited so long to get an elevator on our floor (18th) and in the lobby. Almost every time we pushed the button on our floor, the light would go off after a few minutes and no elevator would show up. The wait for the elevator was easily 5+ mins and we actually walked from 18th floor to P7 with all of our luggage because no elevator came after 10 mins and there were people ahead of us waiting to checkout. If you use this hotel, be sure to leave plenty of time if you need to use the elevator to get somewhere. Super busy hotel!
