Would have been excellent if...

Liked: Room was good, except sink which would not drain.Restaurant/Bar was very good.
Disliked: Elevators: one was Out of Service, long lines to use, 11 minute wait and several 3 to 7 minute waits.Happy Hour backed up 20 people deep.Sink did not drain.

Best hotel in the region....

Liked: Love the breakfast and the complementary drink.
Disliked: Nothing at all

I’m going back to Embassey...

Liked: Adam at the bell hop desk. He took care of us ladies so well. Everyday we’d leave and he’d say good morning u headed out ok do u need anything. We come back n he’s there getting the door making sure everything was ok. He’s excellent. Made me feel safer. He knew directions even has a car service.
Disliked: The breakfast area is a little small and it got crowded even during the week.

Maximum Efficiency, lots of perks,...

Liked: The room, which sleeps up to 4 people with the pull out couch, is one of the most efficiently designed rooms I've seen. There's storage galore for what is a very typically small NYC hotel room (totally expected in terms of size). Having streaming services available on the TV was very nice. The staff were incredibly responsive to requests, all were friendly and courteous. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding too. Between the free happy hour reception, the free breakfast, and the credits given for dinner in the hotel, this place goes above and beyond to make a guest happy and feel welcome.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: The room was clean and nice
Disliked: We requested to change the dates due to my flight got delayed but they took the 1st night amount which was $140. I am very upset I just requested to change the dates earlier it was from 22 to 24 and I requested for 23 to 25 But they charged and changed the dates. This really not the way to do it.
