The stay was GREAT, very...

Liked: The convenience to Bridgestone Arena, the option of valet parking, and the complimentary room upgrade, adults drinks, snacks and breakfast.
Disliked: Waiting for elevator to go down from 13 floor. Going up with no issue, but long waiting periods for elevator to go down to 4th floor or 1st floor.
