Stay overshadowed by extremely rude...

Liked: Excellent spacious rooms. Location superb and mostly quiet
Disliked: Check in staff extremely rude and obnoxious on the whole.

Would stay here again for...

Liked: Great location. Very friendly staff. Loved the city skyline view. Room was very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was cold. Mostly due to guests not shutting the lids. Thankful for the made to order omelet option.

Brilliant location perfect hotel

Liked: Perfect location a five min walk to broadway and parking was great opposite for great prices. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and our city view room was amazing
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The breakfast was amazing and the staff was really nice and helpful!
Disliked: The toilet paper was very cheap and the pool was small for such a big location
