Our room was OK but needs updating. Grounds were nice. Not honoring our paid for room with King bed is a huge negative. We will be back as we paid for another night at a later date. Hope they honor our paid for room with a King bed.

Disliked: Hotel refused to give us our confirmed and paid for room with King bed. Made my 6' 4" tall husband and I sleep in a room with 2 double beds. BAD!

Disliked: The hotel was under construction aa was not told about it prior to our stay. The new rooms are nice but much smaller and no pull out bed in living room were we thought our kids would sleep. We had to walk around the other side of building for breakfast because of construction. I am usually really happy with Embassy Suites but this visit could have been more comfortable

Liked: The rooms at Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley are truly out of this world, to an extent that’s hard to describe. They’ve thought of everything and executed it to the highest standard.The electric amenities, wine fridge, luxurious bathtub and shower, and even the automatic nightlight that turns on under the bed the moment you get up — every detail is designed for an exceptional experience. Without a doubt, this is the best room I’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it. Don’t miss out!
Disliked: A part of the hotel is under renovation, so access to the dining room was problematic.

Liked: The scenery, accessibility to the place we want to visit & accommodations of Embassy Suites met my expectations. Staffs are very accommodating and attentive to any inquiry.
Disliked: I suggest there should be an indoor way from the rooms to the Food Hall. This means savings on shuttle service

Disliked: This was not the level you would expect for the Hilton brand. Further being charged $25 per day for parking in Napa seemed like an opportunity to gouge the customer. There was also construction happening which was not clear on booking
