Disliked: The workout facility was closed. I heard a leak? Also elevators system was slow.

New years trip to Montréal

Liked: It’s central and close to all the sights we wanted to visit. Drinks and snacks are provided between 5 and 7pm. The room and bathroom was a nice spacious size.
Disliked: The staff were not friendly but the concierge Miguel was helpful. Breakfast is not great, long lines for food and service is very slow. The bedroom was not clean, bathroom floor dirty and carpet in the room had stains. The bedding was not sufficient for the cold weather.
