Liked: Connie at the desk was GREAT! Professional, personable...the type of person you want to great your guests.
Disliked: They hold an evening reception for the guests at the bar. I went up and asked for a margarita and the the two 20 something guys looked at each other, puzzled...and mumbled back and forth, then one of them went to the back. I ordered a tequila and orange juice, and the "bartender" just looked at me...about 5 minutes later the other guy came back and they decided they didn't have any mix. So instead I ordered a rum/coke for my partner, they then asked what did I want? I re-ordered a Bulldog and kid responds "we don't have orange juice"...This is an EMBASSY SUITES for god's sake, in a major U.S. city!!! No standard elements of a bar?? A couple of well meaning kids with very few clues about working a bar well?? The next day I entered the little lobby grocery store and in the cooler, you guessed it!! Orange Juice !!! The facility is great, but I take my bartending /customer relations seriously.....by the way, a five story hotel and TWO luggage carts...C'mon EMBASSY is better than that!!!

Liked: They did not have air conditioning turned on for any of the rooms - it was a hot day and I could not turn on any a/c. It was a very hot and uncomfortable night. The staff told me to open a window. The window opens 3 inches so that was no help
