Liked: the property was nice and it was clean inside. sometimes it had a weird egg smell in the lobby and in our room the bath didn’t work so we had to use a towel to plug it up but then weird grey stuff was coming into the water. the breakfast was good and lots of options but sadly no hot tub

Disliked: Our living room air until only blew cold air, the hot water barely worked and would shut off completely if turned slightly, and the tub portion was broken. I made the hotel aware but they were sold out and I didn’t want maintenance in our room while we were trying to relax. So we put up with the cold showers, the hotel recommended we leave the door to the bedroom open to flow the air better (defeats the purpose of why we got a separate bedroom style room), and I stood on top of the tub drain while my wife bathed our infant daughter so that the water would stay in long enough.

Ridiculous

Liked: It was a gorgeous hotel.
Disliked: Everything was going great the first night. And then the second I was separated from my kids due to an incident at a wedding they were having . The police were swarming the hotel. My kids were down playing pool and the police shoved them in a conference room with total strangers. They were where I could see and when I went out to look over the balcony to check them they were gone. And my phone was ringing. With my kids telling me what was going on. I was extremely upset and furious with the police and the hotel for not allowing me to walk down with someone and get my kids. They kept telling me to go back in my room . Which was ridiculous. They should have escorted them back to our roo. Or let me go get them . Because they had nothing to do woth what was going on. The hotel and the police did not handle the situation well at all. I tried to contact the hotel after our stay to complain and be refunded something or anything but was shut down. The staff were no help, and the police weren't either. You don't separate 3 minors from their parent and shove them in a room with 100 strangers.
