Disliked: “The facilities were not sufficient for what you would expect from the best hotel in Madison. Additionally, maintenance staff equipment was often visible around the hotel, and they did not provide bottled mineral water in each room.

Liked: The location was perfect. Only steps away from the Capitol building. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was spacious and had an expansive space like a sitting room with a couch and an extra TV which our kids enjoyed a lot. We were offered complimentary drinks at the bar in the evenings which was quite nice. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options (the lemon poppy seed cake was delicious), and we all enjoyed our omelettes that were made to order. I also used the gym with brand new equipment and Peloton bikes.
