Liked: The size of the room was nice. The EV charging stations were appreciated. The breakfast and dining room were very nice, especially the omelet station! Parking was good.
Disliked: Maintenance entered our room without our permission. We were unloading our car and saw them leaving our room in a hurry. I ran after them & asked what they were doing. They mentioned checking our new WiFi. We were very upset with this invasion & called the front desk. I hope this incident was reported to the main manager.The area where the hotel is located is a little sketchy.

Liked: Everything was good.The dining room could've used more seating but We were there during the busy breakfast hour. I appreciated the free cocktail although I didn't use it due to other obligations. The jacuzzi was not in service which was a big letdown. The room was perfectly comfortable for 3 of us. And very clean at tidy

Liked: The breakfast options exceeded my expectations. It was busy while we were at breakfast and utensils were hard to come by, like they ran out.
Disliked: We booked here for the breakfast and jacuzzi. Upon arrival we learned the jacuzzi wasn't working.

Liked: Only good thing about this hotel is location.
Disliked: Property was filthy. Curtains had mold. My bathroom was not only dirty it had no shampoo/conditioner not even soap to wash our hands. I asked twice for both rooms to be serviced. Not once was it serviced within my 4 day stay. I constantly had to ask for fresh towels and waited over an hour for them. Needless to say I had to call multiple times to remind staff. I finally cleaned both rooms requested a black large bag to place all garbage and asked if someone could please pick it up. Someone came until the third day. Kitchen where chef was preparing food roof was leaking. Kitchen should not be used in those conditions very unsanitary. We did not have breakfast at all during our stay. Pictures advertising hotel are deceitful. Hotel, rooms and food are not as advertised. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone mostly if you have little ones. Please save your money and stay elsewhere.
