Disliked: The check in person couldn't find my reservation but finally did find it after he was going to just send us away. We had requested a handicapped room but didn't recieve one but got one close to elevator my hubby was unable to use the toilet because it was too low and he couldn't get up from it he weighs over 300lbs and uses a walker he couldn't shower either because no walk in shower and could bot lift legs over tub due to mobility issues also had difficulty getting into and out of bed so had to sleep in the chair all night with feet propped upon ottoman which was a bit uncomfortable for him. We really needed a handicapped room

Great in every manner…but this...

Liked: Friendly staff…spacious rooms…fantastic custom order breakfast. This was a repeat visit. My daughter plays professional soccer for Lexington FC in the new USL Super League. This venue is conveniently located for all our needs on the area. I will say, the rate I received on my first visit was amazing. This time was significant higher and while I enjoyed the stay (nothing negative at all) the price may have me looking elsewhere next time I’ll be in town. We’ll see. If I can get a decent rate, i may be back.
