Liked: The breakfast was the best thing about it followed by the space in the room. The breakfast was made to order eggs, and area of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits. An area of breads and cereal and friuts. They had a dog designated area as well.
Disliked: I messaged Embassy through booking and never got a response other than that manager no longer worked there and i needed to email 2 other people. So i emailed them twice with no response about my need for a room for a disability. I was not able to be accommodated.The room needed cleaning. Hair in the tub, floor of bathroom, white spills on chair in living room and dark stains on sofa. The sofa and chair were very bad. I refused to sit on them. The carpet looked like it needed to be replaced. Carpet in a hotel in my opinion is not sanitary. Use rugs if you want warmth. The coffee station in the room had no stirrers or sugars of any kind. I thought of taking puctures but i didn't think i was going to have time to leave a review. Our card keys didn't open the door to the outside so we had to go all around the hotel. They seemed to only have 1 person manning the desk and there seemed to be always someone complaining and holding up the line. I had to leave several times. The store relies on that person too and I saw people leaving and putting back their items. Also, luckily I kind of speak Spanish because the made to order breakfast women refused or didn't know English which made it difficult for me, my husband and another person there that wanted that service. We tried to help her. If I had a choice of hotels, we won't go back.

Disliked: My room had no Internet,the staff changed rooms still same problem.My sink in the bathroom had no pressure and the water smelled like sewer water. I ordered 12 lemon peppered wings in which the menu stated 12 for 20 I received 9 then I called the waiter act like I was lying then asked the kitchen and stated it was switched to 9 then brought me 3 buffalo hot wings in which was spicy I couldn't eat. The laundry room was filthy and 1 washer worked 1 dryer barely dried my clothes. I stayed 3nights totally 500.00 + Dollars I was totally disgusted with my stay......I'm going to call embassy today this is my second survey in vein....

Exceptional

Liked: Nothing a cozy bed when your away from home. The cute halloween decor was a cute addition to the stay.
Disliked: The fridge did not function nor the freezer. I wasn’t a fan of the continental breakfast, at least for the kids i would have liked the pancakes to be hot. (they weren’t warm)
