Liked: I couldn’t stay the night I booked, when I arrived at the hotel almost at midnight, I entered to the lobby and there was a strong smell, a rotten egg-like odor, there was a natural gas leak in the hotel, they said they were working on it but it was dangerous and didn’t feel safe, there weren’t safety protocols in place. The staff was very supportive and we were able to cancel, unfortunately we had this situation in our first time in the hotel.

Stay was okay, but good...

Liked: Room was spacious, clean and comfortable
Disliked: Staff were not friendly and were unhelpful. Had to pay to park car, new policy this month, not advised prior to booking. No washing detergent supplies, had to source ourselves, no quarters for washing machine, also had to source ourselves. Had to wait 30mins in a queue for omelet in the morning.

Great staff, dishonest management.

Liked: The hotel and the room are nice and the breakfast is good.
Disliked: There is not supposed to be any parking fees and they magically come up with this extra fee as I am checking in. This is not the proper way to conduct business. If their website shows free parking, then it should be honored. Also, our room had a strange smell and it got worse by the morning of checkout. It smelled like sewer.
