Front desk worker said that parking garage around the corner was free. Be careful. It was not free. My vehicle was booted and cost me $75.

Disliked: Dirty shower sheets to little kept coming off asked for more never got them around beds were dirty dust was bad stains in carpet and showers and sinks were nasty to much money for to quality and cleanliness. I didn’t take pictures I wish now I did I left in peace the staffs amazing

Liked: Centrally Located in Downtown Knoxville. Very close to everything. Very professional staff. Amazing breakfast.
Disliked: WiFi only gave me speeds of 10 Mbps.

Liked: Great friendly staff, gorgeous hotel and great location.
Disliked: Checked in early to a "room with wall partially obstructing the view" according to the front desk. In actuality the window had no view at all except for a dirty air handling unit enclosure with little natural light coming from above. Pillows were surprisingly uncomfortable as well, but for a one night stay these were not worth complaining to the staff about.
