Disappointing

Liked: We arrived on property at 5:45p the desk was congested with people because there was only one staff person available fo check in. No one outside or in the lobby to direct us or to help us with luggage. There were no carts available downstairs for us to use for luggage.
Disliked: Not enough help available.when we called for help downstairs, the calls just continued to ring. When we were finally able to contact someone, whether it be for towels or an ironinv board. It took more than a hour to respond to our request.
